“Hitting the high areas” was this Investor’s main goal in staging this property. My challenge was keeping the property from feeling empty and cold because not all the rooms would be staged. I met the challenge by designing and staging this property to feel warm and inviting with cozy and intimate areas to relax and unwind.

Chesapeake Avenue

Features: This home featured a complete 2nd floor Master Suite staged with a dressing and two reading areas. Defining a what would have been considered an awkward space as the dining area and a cozy after dinner lounge became the perfect solution for any size family.

Tuckerman Street

Location: NW Washington DC

Features: This home is located near Universities, metro and hospitals. Originally built in 1933, this property was wonderfully crafted and renovated for a modern family with modern features.

Staging this property for contemporary family was exciting. Keeping on trend with the finishes of the renovation made staging seamless.

Carlton Avenue

Location: NE Washington DC

Features: This property was an almost complete teardown. There was very little resemblance of the existing home and this fabulous delight. This home was staged for a modern family where convenience and proximity was a plus. An occasional day or two of working from home in the home office made the commute that much easier.

I particularly enjoyed staging this property because working with the Investor was such a delight. She kept the buyer in mind while rehabbing this property and chose finishes and lighting that would appeal to the masses.

Location: Oxon Hill Maryland

Features: Dominion featured a ranch style floor plan with an open concept. Enjoying guests from an point on the main level was a breeze.

I staged this property to take full advantage of the openness and created conversational area that maximized this affect. This property was a quick sale staying on the market only 3 weeks!
