What is eDesign?

In today’s world, you’ll be hard pressed to find a task that is not done online. Interior Design has followed suit and branched out into this virtual world. You no longer have to shop around locally for a Designer. JST Real Estate Interiors brings Interior Design and interior design consulting to you through eDesign. With the internet, Interior Design is now only a click away.

What is a Mood Board?

As part of eDesign services, JST Real Estate Interiors provides a mood board. A mood board is that visual tool that brings your room to life. I like to also refer to it as Vision Board because it’s where your ideas and my design converge in one place – the board to give you the exact direction, the mood and the vision of what your room can look like demonstrating finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories. A mood board is the pivotal part to your design plan.

How eDesign works?

You chose the room that you want designed/redesigned! Living rooms, dining rooms and master bedrooms are the most common rooms requested for eDesign.

• You answer the eDesign Questionnaire providing a few details about your project - budget range, color scheme, and your design style.
• You upload a few pictures of your requested room with measurements
• What you get back is two great design options for your room!

eDesign Package includes:

• Thorough eDesign Questionnaire that pinpoints your design style, likes and dislikes
• A Mood board of your room including 1 alternative option
  Specifications of furniture and accessory selections
• Floor Plan of Furniture and traffic flow layout
• Seamless communication through email and/or video conferencing
  

                         $199 per room

HOW IT WORKS:

1.  You choose the room! Living rooms, dining rooms and master bedrooms are the most common rooms requested for eDesign.
2. You provide a few details about your project… budget range, color scheme, and lastly you tell us about your style.
3. You upload a few pictures of your requested room with measurements and answer a few other “getting to know you and your project questions”.
4. We provide you great 2D or 3D design boards which include furniture and accessory specifications and sourcing of all items specified.
